Q. What are your opening hours?
A. You can browse and order from this website 24-hours a day, every day of the year. Laithwaites Direct Wine's customer service team can be reached between 10am - 8pm during the week and between 10am and 6pm on Saturdays.

問:你們的辦公時間是?
答:您可於全年每天24小時瀏覽此網頁及訂購產品。Laithwaites Direct Wines客戶服務部的辦公時間則為(香港時間)星期一至五上午10時-下午8時及星期六上午10時-下午6時。

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. To enjoy free delivery, please order 6 bottles or more or the total amount be over HK$800.

問:你們有最低訂購數量嗎?
答:有,最少6枝或滿HK$800,更可即享免費送貨。

Q. How to order online?
A. When you see a wine or case that you like the look of, click 'Add to Basket'; you can then continue to look for other wines to add to your basket in the same way. At the top of the screen you'll notice you can click on ‘view basket’ at any point to review what you have added - if you change your mind you can remove an item by clicking on 'remove'. When you are happy that you have made your selections you simply need to click on 'Checkout' where you will need to enter your payment and delivery details, or login.

問:如何於網上訂購?

Q. What if I make an error in my order?
A. Don’t worry if you make a mistake. For all completed orders we will send an e-mail confirmation. If you would like to make a change to your order simply respond to your confirmation e-mail or contact our customer service team on 8120 3826 quoting your order reference number.

問:如果我於網上確認訂購後發現出錯,可以怎辦?

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE

送遞至住宅或公司

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. Your wine can be delivered to all home or office addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery is not available to outlying islands including Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Lantau Island (except Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok and Discovery Bay) or restricted areas. The delivery service to Ma Wan is limited to 10am to 4pm weekdays due to restricted access after 4pm. The delivery service to Discovery Bay is limited to once a week, please contact our customer service team for further information. Orders cannot be taken for international delivery.

問:你們的送貨範圍覆蓋哪些區域?
答:我們可以把您訂購的葡萄酒送遞至香港島、九龍及新界的住宅或辦公室地址。送貨服務不覆蓋離島,包括南丫島、長洲、大嶼山(東涌、赤鱲角及愉景灣除外)及其他受限區域。基於馬灣在下午4時後實施外進管制,此區的送貨時間為星期一至五的上午10時-下午4時。 如需我們送遞貨品至愉景灣,請聯絡我們的客戶服務部。我們暫不提供海外訂購及送貨服務。

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery is free of charge.

問:運費要多少錢?
答:我們提供免費送貨服務 。

Q. How long does it take?
A. 95% of orders are despatched within 24 hours of submission and normally delivered within a week.

問:訂購後,要多少天才可送貨?
答:95%的訂單會於我們接收訂單後24小時內出貨,一般於一星期內可送達客戶。

Q. When will my wine be delivered?
A. Delivery is available from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Q. What if I’m not at home my wine is delivered?
A. We will attempt to deliver your wines on the date you specify. Our delivery courier will contact you on the day of delivery (usually 1 hour before arrival) to ensure someone is available to receive the wines. If we are unable to deliver for any reason we will contact you by telephone the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery date

問:如果送貨時,我不在家,怎辦?
答:我們會儘量於您指定的日期送貨。我們的送貨員將於送貨當日(通常為送貨時間前一小時)聯絡您,以確保收貨人士將於送貨地址收取貨品。如派送不成功,我們會於下一個工作天以電話聯絡您,安排另一天送貨。

Every wine is covered by the 樂事會Laithwaites Direct Wines guarantee of enjoyment and 樂事會Laithwaites Direct Wines will refund or replace wines that do not meet your expectations. If you don’t enjoy any of the wines or you suspect that they may be affected by a quality issue please Contact Us. A friendly wine adviser will be more than happy to resolve the matter to your full satisfaction.
Should you need to return any wine to us you should Contact Us to arrange a collection. We will then contact you to arrange collection and will usually collect within four days. If you need to be refunded for the case we will ensure that this happens when the collection is arranged. If you have any queries about a refund please Contact Us.

一切始於1969年,我於在學期間的暑假到波爾多葡萄園工作後,帶著葡萄酒乘火車回家;及後決定與五名莊主合資買入福特客貨車,由我親自從酒莊帶'直正的'葡萄酒回國,於英國直銷葡萄酒給顧客。
